The four single rooms are priced at INR 4,500 + 12% GST / night, including complimentary breakfast for two. Extra person in a room (above 6 years old) is charged INR 1200 per night, including breakfast & a mattress.  The Chettinad-style 2 BHK unit on the first floor starts from INR 10,000 + 12% GST / night, including breakfast for 4. Extra person (above 6 years old) is charged INR 1200 per night, including breakfast & a mattress.

What are the check-in and check-out timings at Talking Trees Farmstay?

Check-in by 12pm or later. Check-out time is latest by 11am. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability, and is charged separately at INR 750.

What is the cancellation policy at Talking Trees Farmstay?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation fee is 50% of the booking amount, up to 7 days before the check-in date. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

Is Talking Trees a pet-friendly stay in Wayanad?

We love pets as much as you do! At the same time, we also need to get all fabrics and linens dry-cleaned, which means there is a reasonable fee of *INR 1500 per pet. This is for the entire stay, not per night.

Of course, we provide pick-up and drop-off services from and to airports, railway stations, and hotels anywhere in Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
